in action. When we begin the design process,
we work with you first to establish your specific product
need. Then HDT engineers assist you in product design
and choice of material using the latest Finite Element
Analysis (FEA) techniques to develop a viable component
design. Long before the first die is manufactured, you
will have a good idea of how the concept component will
form in the die and how it will perform as a part of your
overall product design. Once the design is finalized,
the hydroforming manufacturing cell and tooling are designed
using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools, and state-of-the-art
equipment is built.
Once
the production equipment has been produced, HDT conducts
a detailed tryout, including CMM checking, to ensure
all parts are of the highest quality.
